How long do repairs typically take?
Although each project is unique, our turn time is typically 7 days from the day you accept the estimate and make payment.
What are typical repairs you guys do?
We’ve seen it all, but most often we repair crash damage and do functional repairs to the drone, camera or transmitter.
Can you fix water damage?
Sadly, no. Once your drone takes a swim, it’s almost always toast.
Do you sell drones or repair parts?
Not right now, although we are an officially authorized reseller. But who knows what the future holds.
What can you NOT fix?
We can’t repair the DJI camera – but we can replace it.
Will you tell me if it’s cheaper to buy a new drone?
Of course. We do our best to let customers know if buying a new/refurbished item would be more cost effective than a repair.
What kind of training do your technicians have?
Secret ninja training. Just kidding. They have factory training from Yuneec, DJI, and Parrot.

Do you warrant the repairs?
Fortress UAV guarantees labor and workmanship for 90 days.

Fortress UAV or its technicians cannot be held liable for any future damage after it leaves our shop. All repairs are FULLY tested and photographed before leaving our shop. Repairs must be paid within 30 days of invoice or they are subject to being resold.
Stranded bird clause - If you leave your drone stranded in our shop for 90 days with no attempts to arrange its return we will assume you no longer want it.
