Fortress UAV Customers,

Amid the heightened awareness from COVID-19/Novel Coronavirus we want to assure you that we are taking extra steps to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers.

Given the information from the CDC and following the actions of our governor, we feel compelled to begin to institute a stricter set of standards regarding our interactions with our amazing customers and partners.

Beginning on Thursday, March 19th, we are implementing additional measures in our Plano, Texas facility:

• Our customer lobby in Suite# 100 will be closed to the general public.  We ask you, our valued customers, to do the following:

  • If you wish to have your drone repaired, please ship it as we are no longer accepting in-person drone repair drop offs. You can access our website at Fortressuav.com or call our support staff at 844-851-2184 for help with this process.

  • For purchases, please call our support staff at 844-851-2184 and they will be able to assist you.

These new procedures will be in effect until at least October 2020 with the possibility of extending based on guidance provided.
